Perceval, titled after the 1978 Éric Rohmer film Perceval le Gallois, is inspired by the late 1960s to mid-1970s psychedelic rock revival of medieval aesthetics. The concept and styling take heavy influence from films like the titular Perceval le Gallois, and Peau d’Ǎne, as well as the Scottish musician Donovan. In addition, the photography takes heavy influence from Bill Silano. The garments are a combination of true vintage garments, West Virginia-based jewelry designer Many Moons Emporium, and Fashion Institute of Technology student designs.
